The project was a mixture of retail, office, health facilities and hotel apartment design with a vertical garden terracing down the centre. An external deck wraps around this garden void allowing greater natural light to enter the deeper spaces. A glass pool allows sunlight to reflect the water's movement and pattern into the lower floor levels as a feature.
